On certain days, Bloom Wonderland™ is complemented by musical evenings, concerts, themed events and special programs organized in the adjacent tropical Festival Zone.
When there is no special event, the Festival Zone operates as a bar and lounge area where visitors can relax after their walk. Many of the evening events are free to enter, but some special events may require a separate ticket.

Yes. You can request a change to the date or time slot of your reservation up to 24 hours before the start of the visit, subject to availability. If the desired date or time slot is sold out, the change may not be possible.

In case of dangerous weather conditions, such as strong winds over 35 km/h, thunderstorms or other extreme weather events, the attraction may be temporarily closed for the safety of all visitors.
In such a case, tickets remain valid and can be used after business resumes or transferred to another available date according to our ticket policy.
The Bloom Wonderland™ experience lasts an average of 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the pace of the walk and the time you spend taking photos.
After the experience, you can continue your stay in the adjacent tropical Festival Zone when it is open to visitors.
